When will my order ship? (Pre-Order Info)
All items are currently made to order. Most orders placed between now and the 25th will be shipped on the 26th and be delivered between 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

 

+ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Local orders totalling ₦25,000 or more will receive free shipping.

 

+ What is ONÁ'S return policy?
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If for whatever reason you experience a problem with our product or are unsatisfied, please send us an email and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

 

+ Where can I find your wholesale information?
Send us an email! We'd love to hear what you're interested in and we're always looking for new local businesses to partner with.

 

+ Can you make custom candles?
We sure do, and we love making them! Send us an email with what your thoughts are and we will make it happen.

 

+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However this will have to be done by special request so please send us an email for an international shipment to be arranged.

 

+ Do you offer bulk discounts for events?

We currently have a minimum of 25 items per bulk order. If you would like to share our products at your event, please send an email to hello@onathebrand.com

 

+ Do you offer custom gifting options?

Yes we do! Please send us an email so we can get back to you.

 

+ What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged we would be happy to either send a replacement or offer you a refund. Please email hello@onathebrand.com with details regarding your order. Please note that photographs of the damaged items in question are required for us to process any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.

 

+ Where can I buy your products/smell your scents in person?

Because we are a new company, we are still working on cultivating new relationships with local businesses. If you have a recommendation for a wholesale partner, please don’t hesitate to share. We’d love to hear from you. In the meantime, please sign up to our newsletter to be updated whenever we have a pop-up shop planned.
